14-day free trial, no credit card needed. Monthly plans: cancel anytime, no refund for the current period but no charge for the next. Annual plans: full refund within 14 days, prorated refund after that. We'll always try to do the right thing - just email us.

Free trial

Every Vismayum plan comes with a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start. You will not be charged anything during the trial period.

At the end of the trial, your account transitions to read-only mode. You will only be charged when you actively choose a plan and enter your payment details.

Monthly plans

→You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time from your account settings
→Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing month - you retain full access until then
→We do not issue refunds for partial months already paid
→You will not be charged for any subsequent months after cancellation

Example

You pay on the 1st of each month. You cancel on the 15th. You keep access until the 31st. You are not refunded for the remaining 16 days, and you are not charged on the 1st of the following month.

Annual plans

Within 14 days of purchase

If you are not satisfied with Vismayum within the first 14 days of your annual subscription, we will issue a full refund, no questions asked. Just email us at hello@vismayum.com with the subject line “Refund Request”.

After 14 days

After 14 days, annual plans are eligible for a prorated refund based on the remaining unused months. We calculate the refund as:

Refund = (Annual price paid ÷ 12) × Remaining full months

For example: if you paid ₹59,988 for an annual Studio plan and cancel after 5 months, your refund would be (₹59,988 ÷ 12) × 7 = ₹34,993.

Founding member annual plans

Founding member pricing is locked in for the lifetime of the subscription. If a founding member cancels an annual plan and requests a refund, the refund calculation uses the founding member rate (₹1,499 × 12 = ₹17,988 annually), not a higher rate.

Exceptions

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

→Account suspended or terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service
→Requests made after 60 days from the original charge date
→Accounts created with the intent of abusing the trial or refund policy (multiple accounts, etc.)
→Claimed non-use of the service where usage logs show regular activity

We're reasonable

If you're in an unusual situation not covered above - a medical emergency, a business closure, anything genuinely exceptional - email us. We'll look at it case by case and try to do the right thing.

How to request a refund

→Email hello@vismayum.com with the subject line “Refund Request”
→Include the email address associated with your account and your reason for requesting a refund
→We will respond within 2 business days
→Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method
→For UPI and net banking, refunds typically appear within 2–3 business days. For credit/debit cards, allow up to 7 business days depending on your bank
